1. Shipping Policy

Shipping – by DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct / FedEx International Economy with tracking or any other carriers considered appropriate by the Company.

2. Product Prices

Prices displayed are delivered duty unpaid ie. purchaser is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery (if any). Delivery options and prices are displayed separately at the checkout. The Company shall be entitled to adjust any price quoted from time to time and the Purchaser agrees to pay any such adjusted price to take account for variations in the cost to the Company. The online price is the current price and the Company cannot accept responsibility for out of date prices published previously.


3. Payment Mode

Payment by Credit Card (Visa, Masters, Amex) and Paypal are accepted online. 

4. Returning a Purchase

We do not offer refunds, exchange or credit notes for CHANGE OF MIND, COLOUR MATCH, CUSTOM MADE or SPECIAL ORDER purchases. This applies to all online, email, and phone orders.

If you have ordered the wrong size and want to exchange for another size, please contact us when goods are received. Once we agreed to the exchange, please make another order and return the goods to us at your own cost.  When we receive your return, we will refund you the original product cost. Subject to the conditions listed below.

Conditions:

i. Proof of purchase must be provided.

ii. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase to :

iii. Goods cannot be soiled or damaged.

5. Damaged or Lost Goods

All goods delivered or received damaged must be reported to the Company within 3 working days from the received date of delivery. Products must not be signed for if damaged and should be reported to the Company immediately to arrange for the shipment to be replaced. The Company will not accept claims for damage inflicted to products in transit if the delivery is signed for and accepted by the Purchaser. The Company will not accept responsibility for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the goods as a result of events occurring beyond the control of the Company. The Company will not be responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery by DHL or any other carriers.

6. Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address entered by the Purchaser in the online checkout. Any changes to the Purchaser’s delivery address must be made or in writing to the Company and confirmed in writing by the Company. These changes to the delivery address of the Purchaser will supersede the details earlier. The Company shall be entitled to charge for and recover from the Purchaser all losses occasioned by the failure of the Purchaser to collect or take delivery of goods.

Goods will be delivered by DHL, FedEx or any other carriers considered appropriate by the Company.  Delivery date or time cannot be guaranteed and is subject to the carrier’s schedule and Terms and Conditions. The Company will not accept responsibility for any part delivery or delay in delivery of goods as a result of events occurring beyond the control of the Company. The Company will not be in any way responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery.

7. Product Pages - Colour Swatches

Our colour swatches are indicative only. Due to website theme design constraints, the colour swatches for some variants may be a different shade to the colour image which appears for the product. In this event, follow the main colour image as it will be more accurate. Please refer to attached relevant colour card or contact us for an actual colour images. The best practice for purchaser is to buy colour card(s) or ribbon by meter as sample.

8. Definition

In these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the expression “the Company” shall mean Cherry Ribbon, and the expression “the Purchaser” shall mean any party contracting for the supply of products by the Company. "By Meter" is defined as cut ribbon in 2, 3 or 5 meter offerings. 

9. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

10. These Terms and Conditions and any contract made between the Company and the Purchaser here-under shall be governed by and constructed in accordance within the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
