Can I buy ribbon and decorations at wholesale price?
Wholesale pricing is available for ABN holders. Please include your Business name and ABN when filling out the registration form. You will be granted wholesale access usually within 24 hours.

Where can I find your Christmas / Easter / Mother's Day / Valentine's Day / Wedding ribbons and decorations range online?
You can find product for seasonal occasions in the Special Ribbon category. If a seasonal event is not there, it is not yet online, but be sure to check back periodically as new ranges launch frequently. Get in touch with us if you have any more questions!
Does Cherry Ribbon have a showroom?

Can I get ribbon samples?
Ribbon swatches are available. The best practice for customer is to buy colour card(s) or ribbon by meter as sample.
Can I get a bulk ribbon or decorations discount?
Fill out the contact us form and we will get in touch with you shortly, usually within 24 hours.

Who can register?
Both wholesale and retail customers can register. We require that trade customers provide their company name and a registered Australian Business Number (ABN) if located in Australia.
Please fill out and submit the registration form. Trade applications will be contacted by a representative. All applicants will be provided immediate access to retail prices and emailed a login confirmation. Please ensure that your contact details are up accurate to avoid disappointment.
I have registered but I did not receive a login.
If you have yet to receive a login or have time restraints, please contact us. Please do not attempt to register more than once. Wholesale registrations will be reviewed and provided trade pricing on approval by the next business day.

Can I order if I live outside of Australia?
We are currently shipping to Australia, New Zealand and USA. Please stay tuned as we expand our shipping destinations.
What are my payment options?
MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Paypal. 1% surcharge for Master and Visa cards and 2% surcharge for Amex.
We confirm your order ETA within 24 hours via email or phone. If items are in stock, we will despatch within 48 hours. Please allow a period of up to 3 weeks for "special order" items to be delivered. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date.
How do I see the available colours?
Generally, there is a colour card link on the product page for your reference. If not, please contact us.
How do I read the ribbon reference numbers?
Our ribbons are organised into the following format:
Reference: The reference is the 'style number'. eg. "422" = satin.
Length: This is the length of the ribbon roll in metres. eg. 25m.
Width: This is the width of the ribbon. eg. 10mm
Colour: This is the unique number allocated to the colour of each ribbon. eg. 201 (white)
Many items consist of the parent item (REFERENCE number and the LENGTH of the roll. eg. 422-25m) plus the choice of width and colour options.
However, some items are set up on their own. (eg. 450-25m-10mm-10). These items will not have options.
How do I read the decorations reference numbers?
Our decorations are organised the following format:
Reference: The reference number is the unique identification number given to each 'style' of decoration. eg. 2462 = Organza Bonbonniere.
P: The 'P' refers to 'pieces', the amount of decorations that come in one pack. eg. 10 pieces in one pack.
Colour: This is the unique number allocated to the colour of each decoration. eg. 001
What does ' In Stock - Shipped within 24 hours' mean?
'In stock' items are located in our Knoxfield warehouse in Melbourne. In Stock items can be shipped within 24-48 hours of submitting your order.
What does 'Stock on re-order.' mean?
The 'stock on re-order' message will appear when an item that is kept in stock has all sold and is in the process of being replenished. An estimated time of arrival will be provided upon purchase.
What does 'This is a Special Order item.' mean?
A 'Special Order Item' is not stocked in our Melbourne Warehouse. We order this in especially for you. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of these items. An estimated time of arrival will be provided on purchase of special order items.
Is there a minimum order quantitiy (MOQ)?
Items that have a minimum order quantity will have the 'MOQ' displayed when viewing the item. If you select a quantitiy below the MOQ, a message will notify you that the quantity in your cart has defaulted to the minimum order quantity. You need to order in multiples of the MOQ
